Statement
We supply horizontal surface pumps for the Oil and Natural Gas Industry. We also supply pumps for Steel Mills and Salt Water Disposal. We specialize in horizontal systems.
We pride ourselves on being unique in this area. We have our own skid design along with Thrust Chamber (HTC) and intake.
It is a known fact that the weak point of all Horizontal Pump Systems is the HTC and the hassle of seal replacements. The parts that fail in the HTC are the angular contact ball bearings and we do not use them. As far as seals, they fail over time, some more than others because of the harsh environment the units run in.
We see no reason it should take several hours doing a seal replacement by completely disassembling a system and taking the time to re-align the unit. Our system design will allow you to replace the water seal less than 2 hours and not move any of the major components. "Let's face it - down time COSTS money - so why ACCEPT it?"
